- 1 cup brown rice flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon white sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons whole mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
DIRECTIONS
- Stir the brown rice and whole wheat flours together in a mixing bowl. Stir in the water to make a thin batter. Add the onion, garlic, cilantro, sugar, turmeric, cumin, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, coriander, ginger, cayenne pepper and rice vinegar until evenly blended. Cover, and refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour, or overnight.
- To cook the dosas, heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet, spreading it over the bottom in a thin layer. Cook 1 minute, turn, and cook 1 minute more. Remove from the pan. Repeat with remaining batter.

- 1 cup white sugar
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 4 teaspoons baking soda
- 9 eggs, separated
- 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
- 1 1/2 cups milk

DIRECTIONS
- Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda in a bowl until well combined. Whisk together egg yolks, buttermilk, milk, vanilla extract, and butter in a large bowl until smooth. Whip egg whites in a clean bowl to soft peaks. Fold the flour mixture into the egg yolk mixture until blended, then fold in the whipped egg whites.
- Preheat a Belgian waffle iron and coat with cooking spray. Spoon about 1/2 cup of batter per waffle, depending on the size of your waffle iron, onto the center of the hot iron. Close the lid and cook until steam stops coming out and the waffle is golden brown, about 90 seconds.

- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup canned unsweetened pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 3/4 cups self-rising flour
- 2 tablespoons milk
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
- Cream together butter and sugar, then beat in egg, pumpkin puree and 1/4 cup milk until smooth. Stir in flour until a dough forms, then knead a few times on a well floured surface until the dough holds together. Press the dough into a flat circle 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick. Cut into 6 wedges, place onto greased baking sheet, and brush the tops with 2 tablespoons of milk.
- Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown on top and bottom, 10 to 15 minutes. Once done, wrap scones with a clean dish towel and allow to cool for 15 minutes before serving.

- 2 apple - peeled, cored and chopped
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons almond extract
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon sugar
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Stir the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a mixing bowl. Use two forks or a pastry blender to cut in the shortening with the flour mixture until the mixture resembles coarse corn meal. Stir in the apples.
- Whisk 1 egg, yogurt, milk, and almond extract together in a small bowl until smooth. Stir the egg mixture into the flour mixture just until blended. - Bake in preheated oven until tops are golden brown, and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 20 minutes. Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack. Serve warm or at room temperature.

- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/3 cup butter, chilled
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup half-and-half cream
- 1 cup chopped pear
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Sift together the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl; cut in the butter until the mixture has a crumbly texture. Whisk together the egg and half-and-half in a separate bowl; stir the egg mixture into the flour mixture until combined; stir in the pear. DIRECTIONS
- Toss cubed bread with bacon, cheese, and mushrooms, and pour into a 9×13 inch baking dish. Whisk together eggs, half-and-half, and mustard until smooth, then pour evenly over cubed bread. Cover dish with plastic wrap, and refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Remove plastic wrap from the baking dish, and bake strata in preheated oven until the top is golden brown, and the eggs are set, about 1 hour. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.

- 4 ounces OSCAR MAYER Shaved Smoked Ham, chopped
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro, divided
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Beat eggs and water with wire whisk in medium bowl. Stir in ham, 1/2 cup of the cheese and 2 tablespoons of the cilantro.
- Pour into greased 9-inch pie plate; sprinkle with remaining cheese.

DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Beat eggs and cream cheese spread with wire whisk until well blended; set aside. Spray 10-inch ovenproof nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Add peppers to skillet; cook and stir 2 minutes or until crisp-tender.
- Add bacon to cream cheese mixture along with 3/4 cup of the shredded cheese and the cilantro; stir until well blended. Add to ingredients in skillet; stir. Cover skillet with lid. Reduce heat to low; cook 6 to 8 minutes or until egg mixture is almost set in center. Remove lid. Place skillet in oven.
- Bake 5 minutes or until center is set. Remove from oven. Top with remaining 1/4 cup shredded cheese; cover with lid. Let stand 2 minutes. Loosen frittata from side of skillet with spatula; slide onto serving plate. Cut into wedges to serve.

DIRECTIONS
- Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select dough cycle; press Start.
- After the dough has doubled in size turn it out onto a lightly floured surface, cover and let rest for 10 minutes. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll dough into a 16×21 inch rectangle. Spread dough with 1/3 cup butter and sprinkle evenly with sugar/cinnamon mixture. Roll up dough and cut into 12 rolls. Place rolls in a lightly greased 9×13 inch baking pan. Cover and let rise until nearly doubled, about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Bake rolls in preheated oven until golden brown, about 15 minutes. While rolls are baking, beat together cream cheese, 1/4 cup butter, confectioners’ sugar, vanilla extract and salt. Spread frosting on warm rolls before serving.
