Use a 9 x 13 inch pan (for shallow dip) or a bowl (for deeper dip).
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 lg. hamburger, browned and mixed with 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
8 oz. salsa or taco sauce
1 can Campbell’s nacho cheese soup
Heat in microwave or oven at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve with nacho chips. Top with black olives and sour cream.
1 lg. bag nacho chips
1 med. jar picante sauce
1 med. jar black olives
1/2 block Velveeta cheese, grated
On a cookie sheet, lay out nacho’s. Cover with picante sauce, Velveeta cheese and top with sliced black olives. Bake in oven at 350 degrees, or until cheese is melted. Serve hot.
12 oz. bag nacho cheese-flavored tortilla chips
6 oz. pepperjack cheese
Salsa sauce
Grate cheese. Spread out nachos one layer at a time on a microwaveable platter or paper plate. Sprinkle grated cheese over nachos. Microwave on high until cheese melts. Serve hot with drinks. Serve salsa sauce on side.

Sour cream
Put nacho chips on plate, top with remaining ingredients. Microwave until cheese is melted, about 2 1/2 minutes.
1/2 c. real mayonnaise

1 can chopped chillies
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans

2 chopped avocados
1 chopped onion

Brown ground beef, drain and add taco seasoning per package instructions. Mix chilies and beans and spread into the bottom of your serving dish. Spread beef over bean layer. Mix sour cream and mayonnaise for layer 3. Then layer: avocado, onions, olives, cheese, tomato, and lettuce. Chill and serve with nacho chips (to be used as shovels).
40 Nachos
1 scallion
1 orange
16 oz. can black beans
2 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. vinegar
Salt
1 tsp. minced fresh jalapeno pepper
3 oz. Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese (about 3/4 c. grated)
3 tbsp. chopped fresh coriander or parsley
Chop scallion, squeeze 1/4 cup juice from orange. Drain beans, put in food processor or blender with scallion, orange juice, oil, vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon salt and jalapeno pepper. Puree until smooth. Grate cheese. Heat broiler.Spread some of the bean mixture on each nacho and sprinkle with cheese. Put on baking sheet and broil until cheese melts, about 2 minutes. Sprinkle with coriander and serve.
1 can refried beans
8 oz. cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
Spanish olives
Sour cream
Nachos
Salsa (combine tomatoes or tomatillos, 1 tsp. cilantro, chopped onion and jalapenos)
Mix can of refried beans with salsa, cook for about 20 minutes. Add cheese and stir until melted. Pour over nachos, top with sour cream and garnish with olives.
1 (7.5 oz.) box nacho chips
1 lb. ground beef
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 (11 oz.) can Campbell’s condensed nacho cheese
1 (8 oz.) jar hot or med. taco sauce
1 (11 1/4 oz.) jar Old El Paso pickled jalapeno slices (optional)
Any size sour cream
Brown and drain your ground beef. Mix in refried beans. Cook about 10 minutes. Add a little water, then set aside. Warm your cheese sauce and set aside. Arrange nacho chips on your plate. Spread ground beef and refried bean mixture over chips. Pour desired amount of cheese and taco sauce over ground beef mixture. Add desired amount of sour cream and jalapeno slices.
1 lb.(16 oz.) Velveeta pasteurized prepared cheese product
1 roll Jimmy Dean hot or original sausage
1 can Rotel Mexican tomatoes (for less spicy flavor, use original)
Brown meat until fully cooked. Should be very little grease. Meanwhile cut Velveeta into small cubes. When meat is fully cooked slowly add cubes of Velveeta, while stirring frequently. Turn burner to medium/high.When Velveeta is melted turn burner to medium/low. Add Rotel Tomato mix. Mix well.
Best when dip is hot or kept warm. Great with chips, in tacos or burritos, or even omlettes.

1 lb. ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning (whichever brand you prefer)
1 medium can refried beans
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup diced fresh tomatoes
sliced ripe olives
shredded cheese
salsa
sour cream
guacamole
white or yellow corn tortilla chips
Crumble and brown ground beef in a large skillet. Drain ground beef and add taco seasoning according to directions. Heat according to package. Set aside. Heat refried beans in the microwave in a microwaveable dish. On a large sided cookie sheet layer tortilla chips, refried beans, ground beef, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, guacamole, olives, salsa, and cheese.
