Chocolate Waffles With Caramel Banana Topping

Chocolate Waffles

1 1/2 cups Bisquick
1 cup Sugar
1/3 cup baking cocoa(unsweetened)
3/4 cup water
2 tbs vegetable oil
2 eggs

Mix waffle ingriedients until blended. Pour into hot, oiled waffle maker. Bake about 5 min or
until steaming stops.

Caramel Banana Topping
Make Caramel Banana Topping first. Keep warm.
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup whipping cream (heavy)
1/4 cup light corn syrup
2 tbs butter
1 tsp vanilla
3 medium bananas, sliced
Mix all ingriedients, except bananas, in 1 quart saucepan. Heat to
boiling, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Add bananas, stir
gently to coat. Serve, warm, over chocolate waffles.
